I cannot recommend Troy highly enough! The level of service and commitment to completing a job to the highest standard is incredible. Troy came to fix my upstairs external blinds (3) on Christmas Eve. It was not an easy job due to a previous poor installation by another company. Troy went above and beyond, driving around to find the right spare parts, managing a physically challenging repair process due to limited access, and ensuring every aspect of the mechanics worked seamlessly before he left. And all done on one of the busiest days of the year to ensure I had fully operational blinds before the coming hot weather arrived.

I had a problem with my outdoor blinds that were not that old, (8 weeks old), found Troy who was recommended to me by Ziptrak, and he went out of his way to replace a part on my blind under warranty that was not his issue, and fixed it. Initially he said 4 weeks, then he called to say he can get to my house in a week. If you want amazing service, incredible knowledge, and the job to get done with no issues or run around, just call Troy’s A2Z Blinds.

The nicest person to deal with. Troy and his worker worked endlessly in 42-degree heat installing many outside blinds for me. He gave me confidence with his knowledge and quality of his workmanship. In regard to customer service, he went out of his way. Could not have asked for a better person to deal with. He also put a house number on the outside wall for me which he did not have to do so thank you for that. Few people would help someone out like that when not required to do. That says a lot about a person.

Thank you for the blinds. We love it, it looks very good and completes the area nicely.

We chose Troy after having 6 other blind companies from Adelaide (4 pretty major ones) come around and look at the job of installing 1x 6m width and 2.5m drop and 2 other side blinds over 3m… these were to be ziptrak blinds.

The quotations and prices on some were outrageous and 2 other salesmen said that the 6m blind could not be done. Troy came to visit the house and straight away you can see that he definitely knew what he was on about… and he offered solid practical solutions to some of the installation issues which most of the other companies couldn’t be bothered to complete!

His price was very competitive (cheaper than the closest viable Quote) but more importantly, he was able to deliver and install the product within a few weeks (Troy issued us with a date of installation the day we paid the deposit) whereas the other companies could not give a definitive date and then closest was looking more like 1-2 months! With no set date!!

Thank you for a great job. We both like your work. I do have you on my phone as a contact in case someone else needs work done. When I save some more money I will get my curtains fixed in the lounge room.

Troy and Stacey kept us fully up to date and In the installation date Troy was here by 08:00 (as promised) and set about fitting the blinds. Being from an engineering background myself I could see he was methodical, very particular and the job was done to very high standards… the whole job was completed in under 5 hours and the place was left immaculate.

If you are looking for high-quality outdoor blinds (ziptrak) installed properly… I wouldn’t even bother going with the big blind companies ….just give Troy a call!!
