I cannot recommend Troy highly enough! The level of service and commitment to completing a job to the highest standard is incredible. Troy came to fix my upstairs external blinds (3) on Christmas Eve. It was not an easy job due to a previous poor installation by another company. Troy went above and beyond, driving around to find the right spare parts, managing a physically challenging repair process due to limited access, and ensuring every aspect of the mechanics worked seamlessly before he left. And all done on one of the busiest days of the year to ensure I had fully operational blinds before the coming hot weather arrived.

I had a problem with my outdoor blinds that were not that old, (8 weeks old), found Troy who was recommended to me by Ziptrak, and he went out of his way to replace a part on my blind under warranty that was not his issue, and fixed it. Initially he said 4 weeks, then he called to say he can get to my house in a week. The nicest person to deal with. Troy and his worker worked endlessly in 42-degree heat installing many outside blinds for me. He gave me confidence with his knowledge and quality of his workmanship. In regard to customer service, he went out of his way. Could not have asked for a better person to deal with. He also put a house number on the outside wall for me which he did not have to do so thank you for that. Few people would help someone out like that when not required to do. That says a lot about a person.
